Many old timers recall with great pleasure their memories of the trolley cars that ran from Houghton to Mohawk by 1902.  Eventually, I hope to have a short history of the trolley system in Houghton and Keweenaw Counties.  Until I have the time to do so, here is a photograph of a typical trolley for your enjoyment.
